Pleasant

Perfect location, great beach. Food and drinks were decent.

Balcony sliding doors had a huge gaping hole that mosquitos were coming through all the time. Wifi was barely working and only in the hotel lobby. When the wind blows your way you get a nose full of sewage smell.

Great hotel, good food.

Clean. Rooms cleaned everyday, staff are very helpful and friendly. Good location, near beautiful beach. Good facilities, two big pools and water slides. Room was clean and fresh. We didn’t have steaming hot water for first couple of days but this was fixed. The food is great, plentiful and varied. Quite surprising to hear of others during our stay complaining about it. There are many people who would be very gratefully just for one plate of food from this place. Entertainment put on for some evenings as well.

TV didn’t work even after it was ‘fixed’ but we didn’t really go on holiday to see TV, just when it rained one afternoon.

Great hotel for a base but don’t eat there.

Staff were fab. Good standard of cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Great & hot shower. Great position for walkers & the beach.

FOOD. Unfortunately it was always cold. Not much choice for vegetarians. Poor choice for vegans.

Stuff is willing to assist. Good price. Regular room cleaning.

Wi-fi does not work in the rooms. Low variation of fruits and sweets in the restaurant; single type of beer, 5 static cocktails in the bar. The room itself is aged without repairments and continuous support (door lock, water tap, shower, etc). Water in the pools is not heating.

I liked the food, location, great parking, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, especially the bartender Nikos. Cheers for double ouzo and greek sky.

I did not like the salty water for showering and the bad smell from the shower and the ventilation.

Nice place to stay, but, by and large, a bit too expensive for the quality offered

Food was good and sufficiently diverse. Good choice of different dishes. We liked the two slides, great fun for kids as well as grown-ups. The rooms were nice (but we had superior double room/junior suite, not the normal ones). Most parts of the hotel appear to have been renovated quite recently. Sufficient space for free parking of rental car.

The drinks were poor, both with regard to choice and quality. The pool could be bigger. Sometimes the choice of fruits was limited. The beach was a bit farer away than anticipated (around 800m instead of 500m) as the hotel lies a bit at the top, significantly above sea-level. (Hotel offers free bus transfer to beach, two times in the morning, two times in the evening, but we did not use as we had a rental car). The dining area was not really climatized; hotel had some air-conditioning there, but as the place was quite open they did not bring much refreshment.

Pleasant

Location was very good, some of the servants were very nice. Pool was ok and the thematic nights were cool.

The cleaning and change of towels weren’t the best. There wasn’t much variety of food mainly on breakfast. On the website they say they have packed lunches but when we asked for it, they couldn’t provide saying they didn’t have so we had to take food from the breakfast.

Good value for money

cleaning every day - 5x per week there is a smaller evening program - nice beach 7 min walk from the hotel (8€ per sun umbrella) - nice swimming pool - very friendly staff - quiet location - about 25 parking lots - ice cream and drinking water available during whole day - between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner, cookies and some sandwiches are available

sometimes smell from sink (but it is normal on greek islands) - choice of food could be bigger. But the available food is good, fresh and for one week stay it is ok - silicone sealant in the shower and water pipes should be replaced. They do not look very pretty - only instant weak caffe. But in the bar very close to hotel there is a perfect espresso for good price - I recommend to buy repellent very first day of your stay. A lot of mosquitos - not very good working wifi. Mobile data coverage of resort is very strong neither. In general there are a lot of places without coverage of 4G on Corfu. I recommend to download offline maps in advance.

Near to the beach (5min walk). Lovely staff. Arranged even transfer to the airport. Good variety at the buffet - even for vegetarians and vegans.

Sewage smell down at the bungalows unbearable, sometimes even at the restaurant. Did not / could not fix a maintenance issue, despite several complaints. Towel not always replaced, only taken away -ended up till the end of the week with only 2 instead of 5.

Everything was absolutely fine. Staff was very friendly and ready to help. The meals in the hotel restaurant was very delicious. There were many types of meat and always fish dishes, we can also could find many types of souses. Fruits and vegetables were always fresh. Also, I'd like to notice, despite the fact that the hotel is located a quite far from Corfu town and Airport (~ 40 mins), the hotel offers a transfer to any point of Corfu island at affordable prices. It worth to mention a beautiful beach Agious Georgious, that approximately 3-4 minutes form the hotel. We had a wonderful vacation. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks!

Wonderful

The food was excellent, good variety and very tasty. Rooms were clean and well maintained. They had good entertainment every night, and it was close to the beach. Spectacular sunsets visible from the hotel terrace, nice pool. Overall a very good value for the money.

Nice, but seen better

Staff was very nice and helpful. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the sea (the sunbeds near the sea are 7-10 euro). The food is ok, but don't expect diversity. Unencrypted Wi-Fi is free and available also in the rooms and restaurant. Rooms are nice. The soap in bathroom is in the bottles, which is very nice in comparison to the small bags.

“The food” in Snack bar is toasts with ham and cheese, as soon as the drinks run out – the bar near pool closes. No soundproofing, music nights are too loud, and you also hear all the conversations in the corridors. Billiards and table tennis need new equipment. The shower closed by the curtain from one side and, if you won’t get lucky, it won’t even be reaching the ground, so the water will be all over your bathroom.

Had a very chilled relaxing stay.

Resort has amazing views. Laying and sunbathing u see the most mountains ever. Weather is great still end of September. Rooms very clean. Staff very friendly specially Joanna. Lots of food to choose.

Only one thing we didn't like is cocktails. Apart from that there is amazing bar 2 min down from resort.
